TCA assisted Londonderry Township and Arcadia Land Company to prepare a TND Ordinance that featured a compact, mixed-use community with walkable neighborhoods, a small scale commercial component, and generous open space. The Ordinance was adopted in October 2003 and the community of New Daleville is now a success. TCA’s involvement in the planning and Ordinance adoption process was featured in the 2007 book Last Harvest, by award-winning author Witold Rybczynski.
