In its capacity as Town Planning Consultant and Mediator for Doylestown Borough, TCA drafted a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) Zoning Ordinance and prepared a refined Site Plan to enable the development of a 19-acre infill site into a successful TND. The Lantern Hill TND offers a variety of homes, as well as 72,000 square feet of office and retail along an interconnected network of streets, sidewalks, paths and inviting neighborhood spaces. Rear alley garages boost curb appeal as front porches overlook greens and play areas. This was a successful creative collaboration between the landowner and the entire Doylestown community—residents, public officials, and business owners.
