TCA assisted Uwchlan Township and the Hankin Group to develop Zoning Ordinance amendments to enable and guide the development of the first TND in Chester County. Eagleview boasts several neighborhoods with a variety of dwelling types, a mixed-use town center that includes live-work units, neighborhood retail and a YMCA, all intertwined with significant open space and in close proximity to the Eagleview Corporate Center. TCA’s work included new provisions for smaller lot sizes, alleyways, front porches, and other form-based design elements.
