The City of Easton hired TCA to revise it’s Zoning Ordinance in order to incorporate and protect the mix of uses, pedestrian elements and design features considered to be the best practices for a diverse urban center, while respecting it’s significant natural resources and constraints. In response, TCA proposed a series of new zoning districts that better reflected and enhanced the conditions and visions for the City’s unique and varied neighborhoods through form-based elements. In addition, Overlay Districts with Design Standards were proposed for principal streetscapes, key redevelopment areas, and planned greenway corridors.
