TCA assisted West Bradford Township and Genterra in preparing a TND Overlay District Ordinance for the Stargazers Village Expansion. TCA prepared alternative site plans and drafted the Manual of Written and Graphic Design Guidelines. We also designed the Neighborhood Center adjoining Strasburg Road to server as the new hub of activity for this Chester County village.
Stargazers is an extension of the Village of Romansville complete with a diversity of dwelling types, an integrated street and alley network, a neighborhood commercial hub, and open space in the form of greens and natural areas.
